I came into Agerefine Clinic with zero expectations, and they completely exceeded them. From the moment I walked in, Helen made me feel so welcome. She took the time to genuinely listen to my skin concerns and worked with me to create a treatment plan that fit my goals. Evelyn also joined in on the consultation, and I really appreciated having two knowledgeable perspectives.

I started with the ONDA Pro treatment on my jawline to target some stubborn fat. Helen kept me comfortable and distracted with conversation throughout the entire treatment. I honestly didn’t even realize the machine had reached such high temperatures. Afterward, while my skin cooled, Helen and Evelyn talked me through other treatments that could benefit me and the ideal timing for them, without ever making me feel pressured.

Once my skin had cooled, I had a laser treatment that was quick and surprisingly comfortable. I also appreciated Helen’s honesty in explaining exactly what the laser would and wouldn’t do, rather than overselling it like you often see elsewhere. After the treatment, she applied a medical-grade mask and brought me water while I relaxed. It truly felt like the perfect combination of a relaxing spa experience and advanced, results-driven skincare.

Helen and Evelyn have created an incredible clinic where patient education and individualized care clearly come first. At no point did I feel pressured into additional treatments. They provided honest recommendations and let me make the decisions that were right for me.
